I wanted to write soonest to say that I am more than satisfied with the windows. The quality seems all
that I hoped. Even more reason to write is to let you know of my appreciation of the efforts made by the fitters in installing the windows. During the installation It struck me very forcibly that however high the manufactured quality of the units, the overall quality and appearance of new windows in-situ, particularly in an old building such as mine, owes much to the care and craftsmanship of the fitters.

I am very happy that this team were allocated to my job. Their obvious technical abilities will already be known to you but I would like to record specifically in addition the care they took in all aspects of the work. From removing their shoes (unasked) when in the house to clearing away every trace of rubbish, they made every effort to minimise any inconvenience.

Having now seen how much work was involved, quite how they achieved so much within 3 days I
don’t know. They worked consistently and, other than for brief lunch-break, continually it seemed
from arrival to departure each day. Hopefully they are not always needed to work at such a pace.
I am sure you value them highly.

The windows supplied look great and have improved the house enormously. If at some future time
I can afford to replace the remaining windows in the newer extensions to the house I will have no hesitation in knocking on your door.

I write to tell you how pleased we are with the windows your team fitted for us this past week.
The fitters worked very hard the first day to remove our old windows which were firmly in place.
Which did mean a couple of bricks and plaster work were dislodged.

On day two the single fitter made an excellent job to seal, replaster and replace the brick work- we think the final overall look is very pleasing and a ‘good job well done’. Please give our ‘thanks’ to the men concerned, they made very little mess and what mess there was, was cleared away to a good standard. Already we have seen the difference, the house is warmer and quieter from the outside noise.
Lastly we feel secure that we can now lock the windows to.

Again we are very pleased with the workmanship of your fitters and the final outcome.
